- This role is perfect for a highly motivated hunter who thrives on outbound prospecting, uncovering new business opportunities, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations

- You are equally effective working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong self-motivation, adaptability, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- A clear and persuasive communicator—both written and verbal—you confidently manage multiple priorities and projects while staying focused on results

What the job involves
- We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our Client Sales team in Miami!
- Identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential prospects from a Book of Business (BoB) through phone, email, LinkedIn, video messaging, and other creative outreach channels
- Partner closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and ensure a smooth, effective handoff
- Build strong relationships by establishing trust, managing expectations, and confidently overcoming objections
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Communicate Wellhub’s value proposition by educating companies on the impact of workplace wellness and our mission
- Develop industry expertise to act as a trusted consultant on wellness trends across different sectors and geographies
