Who you are
- Experience in healthcare is a big plus but not required!
- 10+ years experience in Product with 5+ years leading product
- Built high velocity product teams (ex: 10 → 50 in 3 years)
- Scaled operations teams via product at a high-growth organization
- Development of a platform that has a portfolio of products on top of it

What the job involves
- You will lead the development of our whole-person care platform, scale our operations team from 100s to 1000s, and lay the foundation to build a portfolio of products across the various community partners that serve the most vulnerable populations in the country.
- This foundation will be critical to scaling nationally, continuously iterating on our care model via data insights, and building community infrastructure to transform our safety-net care delivery system
- This is a fully remote position reporting to the CEO
- Build a world-class product team of product managers, designers, and data scientists
- Develop the product roadmap in partnership with the executive team
- Scale operations from 100 to 1000 care team members & ensure quality while we scale
- Collaborate with Head of Engineering to establish a high-velocity R&D organization
- Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of products as we expand our customer surface area
- Establish our value-based care and data analytics foundation to publish insights
- Act as a player coach and lead by example
