Who you are
- CII Level 4 qualification
- 2+ years Paraplanning experience
- Proponent of cashflow modelling
- Team player who is passionate about customer outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Broad range of experience in many areas of advice, with a focus on investments, pensions and tax planning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence decision-making
- Accountability and ownership for own deliverables
- Desire to improve everything you touch and develop your own skills
What the job involves
- Helping advisers deliver high quality financial advice to customers
- Establishing advice and writing appropriate suitability reports and letters
- Undertaking cashflow modelling
- Working on replacement business analysis
- Responding to technical client queries
- Liaising with the administration team to ensure advice is successfully implemented
- Using initiative to help further enhance efficiency
- Coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify issues and opportunities, and execute solutions effectively
