Lead Recruiter, Coursedog

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proficient with ATS platforms; experience implementing or managing Rippling is a plus
• A creative and strategic sourcer, skilled at engaging both active and passive candidates
• Strong collaborator, able to influence and align with hiring managers across departments
• Builder’s mindset—you’re energized by ambiguity and excited to create systems where none exist
• Curious and innovative, with an interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve recruiting workflows, reduce bias, and enhance efficiency

• Build and scale our recruiting function, laying the foundation for how we attract, engage, and hire world-class talent
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles (technical and non-technical), owning everything from intake to close
• Implement and optimize our ATS (Rippling) to support scalable, data-informed recruiting workflows
• Expand and diversify sourcing channels, with a focus on proactive outreach and tapping into underrepresented talent pools
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, structure interview processes, and make confident, equitable hiring decisions
• Champion candidate experience ensuring thoughtful, transparent, and timely communication throughout the process
• Use data to drive decisions, including pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and conversion rates
• Continuously evaluate and iterate on processes, leveraging feedback and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and scalability
