Role
Who you are
- 5–8+ years of experience in growth or product leadership roles, ideally at a fast-scaling startup or SaaS company
- A strong foundation in product-led growth (PLG) principles
- Proven track record of moving key product metrics through experimentation and iteration
- Deep familiarity with growth analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, etc.)
- Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and engineering teams
- Comfort with ambiguity, bias toward action, and relentless user focus
- Bonus: Experience in martech, adtech, or creative tools; familiarity with AI product capabilities
What the job involves
- We're on a mission to become the operating system for marketing teams worldwide—and we're looking for a bold, data-driven Director of Product Growth to lead our next phase of user and revenue expansion
- As Director of Product Growth, you’ll own the strategy and execution across the entire user lifecycle—from activation and engagement to monetization and retention. You’ll sit at the heart of product, marketing, and revenue, using experimentation, analytics, and empathy to unlock scalable growth levers across our AI-native platform
- You’ll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Lead growth strategy across onboarding, activation, user engagement, and monetization loops
- Design and run experiments to optimize conversion, retention, and upsell across free trials, paid plans, and Enterprise contracts
- Build and manage the growth product roadmap, working closely with design and engineering
- Define key KPIs (e.g. activation rate, DAU/MAU, LTV, churn) and own their improvement
- Identify and test new monetization strategies (pricing, packaging, feature gating, etc.)
- Partner with marketing and lifecycle teams to align product-led growth with campaign strategy
- Champion a data-informed, hypothesis-driven culture of rapid iteration and learning
- Use AI capabilities within the product to create scalable, user-personalized growth loops
Our take
Creatopy’s ad design platform offers brands a fast method of customizing, automating and deploying their online adverts. In a way, it’s a kind of advertising-oriented rendition of email marketing automation platforms like Sendinblue or Mailchimp.
Creatopy has some competition in the creative automation for advertising space from the likes of Bannerflow and Celtra, but the company’s in-depth experience of the online advertising and design space could give them an edge. The company was created by serial entrepreneur Gabriel Ciordas, who also runs publishing platform Flipsnack and online design tool SVGator, as well as Bannersnack, from whom Creatopy emerged in 2021 as a full solution to advertisers’ needs.
Off the back of $10 million in Series A funding, the company is now aiming to expand its customer base as it aims to become a leader in the Marketing Tech field.
