What the job involves

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and revenue growth across key segments
Reporting to the CEO, you'll work closely with Sales and Growth Product teams to turn marketing into a measurable pipeline
You'll collaborate with a Marketing Manager, designer, and freelance contributors (content writer, SEO specialist)
This is a high-impact IC role with potential to grow into a marketing leadership position
SEO & GEO strategy to grow organic traffic and discoverability
Content production and distribution across channels
Landing page optimization and A/B testing
Lead generation from events and webinars
Paid acquisition where ROI can be demonstrated
Segment-specific go-to-market motions
KPIs:
Primary: Number of experiments, account score growth & qualified leads for Sales
Secondary: Organic traffic, funnel conversion rates
Growth:
Direct CEO reporting and executive exposure
Cross-functional work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
Measurable impact on company growth
