Who you are
- Have a proven track record (7+ years) in international marketing leadership roles with a focus on growth and user acquisition in B2C or D2C sectors
- Have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
- Possess exceptional communication (fluent in English, German is a plus) and interpersonal skills
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias to action and a willingness to take calculated risks while always having the bigger strategy and vision in mind
What the job involves
- The role as VP Marketing & Growth at EDURINO during parental leave cover is crucial in steering our international growth
- You will collaborate with the founder and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, contributing to the continued success of our innovative kids’ product
- Your expertise will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies, creating brand awareness, and fostering growth
- Additionally, you will be leading the UK & DACH Marketing team, playing a key role in developing and executing these strategies collaboratively with the team

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Create go-to-market strategies for the UK and potentially other new markets
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies accordingly
- Together with the team, optimize our own shop and Amazon presence to create engaging and converting customer journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of marketing initiatives
- Oversee the development and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns, building and leveraging analytics to optimize performance and ROI
- Manage a significant marketing budget and allocate channel investments based on company targets
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making

After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions
- Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study
- We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved
- You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references
- After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
- The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
Our take
Educational resources have a problem - while they are training children for the world they live in now, the future that they will live in is going to look very different, and require very different skills, with a greater focus on digital, technical and mathematical knowledge than what is typically taught to children today. Edurino exists to provide this learning from the very earliest stages with a comprehensive educational program for children aged 4-8.
While the EdTech sector abounds with offerings to help children improve scholastically, Edurino stands apart by taking a hybrid approach, offering a specialised stylus and haptic physical toys that interact with its learning app. Edurino's offering has been enthusiastically received, with 160 educational institutions using its products and 100,000 units sold to individual families.
Edurino raised funding in a Series B round led by Ravensburger Next Ventures in 2025. This funding was used to accelerate growth initiatives, aiming to double the company's retail presence across Europe. Having launched across the German, Austrian and Swiss (DACH) area, it is aiming to enter the UK market in the near future.
