Who you are

Background in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of full-stack development experience building high-performance, large-scale applications using technologies such as NextJS, React, and Python
Extensive knowledge of Javascript/Typescript
Blockchain and experience with wagmi.js, ether.js, and related libraries, including smart contracts interactions
Focus on writing secure code is a must
Proven professional experience in building impactful DApps
Can easily tweak frontend components, or write them from scratch based on design sketches
Backend fluency, being able to design/maintain various backend services and APIs
Knowledge of SQL and Postgres, as well as non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB)
Expertise in profiling and improving application performance
Strong testing skills
Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cloud platforms like AWS and Heroku
Detail-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and quality-driven personality
Fluent English communication, both written and spoken
Partial overlap with the GST and EST time zones to ease team communication

Desirable

1+ years experience in creating DeFi applications
Experience building LLM applications using AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Zircuit is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. As a key player in our team, you'll be tasked with developing and maintaining DApps at the intersection of AI and blockchain
Your role is pivotal in blending front-end wizardry with robust back-end solutions, harnessing technologies like JavaScript/Typescript, React, NextJS, Node.js, Python, SQL, Postgres, MongoDB, alongside AWS main services
With a focus on scalability, high performance, and the exciting realm of blockchain and AI technologies, your work will directly contribute to our mission
You'll be part of an agile team, rapidly prototyping and developing innovative DApps in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements. You'll also play a key role in maintaining and improving existing systems

Our take

Zircuit is an Ethereum Layer 2 network that enhances blockchain efficiency using zero-knowledge rollups. Its standout feature is sequencer-level security, which uses AI to proactively detect and block potentially malicious transactions before they are finalized on-chain. By embedding security directly into the sequencing layer, Zircuit aims to better protect users and applications from exploits while maintaining the salability benefits of rollups.

After operating its testnet throughout 2024 and early 2024, Zircuit began rolling out its mainnet in phases from late 2024. The initial launch allowed bridging, staking migrations, and early developer activity, with additional functionality introduced progrssively. Prior to mainnet, the network has already attracted significant traction, including billions in staked assets and strong participation in its "Build to Earn" programme, helping seed its early ecosystem.

Backed by Binance Labs and other prominent investors, Zircuit has positioned itself as a security-first Layer 2 in an increasingly compteitive Ethereum scaling landscape. With its mainnet now live and expanding, the company has shifted from preparation mode to execution and is focusing on ecosystem growth, developer adoption, and proving the robustness of its AI-enhanced security model in real-world conditions.
