Role
Who you are
- 1-3 years of corporate or scale-up experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with Excel, Make.com/Zapier, and financial/business analysis
Desirable
- Ability to quickly adapt and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to connect the dots across various business functions
- A strong willingness to take initiative and gain autonomy in your role
- Eagerness to work in diverse areas of the business, from operations to strategy and beyond
What the job involves
- Lead and support various strategic projects across both companies, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Assist in streamlining business processes and improving operational efficiency
- Conduct business and financial analysis to support decision-making and strategy development
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication
- Support the founders in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Play a key role in the delivery and management of technology solutions, including order management solutions and invoicing automation
