Who you are
- Have a track record of over 3 years demonstrating exceptional performance as a Sales/Solutions Engineer
- Showcase a robust technical foundation coupled with a profound understanding of software development and API technology
- Demonstrate a history of success in navigating complex enterprise software solutions, ideally within the event/ticketing industry
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives
- Can demonstrate and present intricate concepts in an easily digestible manner
- Show proficiency in Product Management, backed by hands-on experience
- Excel in both written and verbal communication, portraying clarity and precision
- Possess outstanding presentation skills and creativity
What the job involves
- Get onboard the vivenu rocket ship to revolutionize one of the most exciting industries and enable global and limitless ticketing!
- Collaborate closely with our Sales Team and Customer Experience team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how vivenu’s solutions can meet their needs
- Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their challenges and requirements to offer tailored solutions
- Leverage your deep technical knowledge to adapt our platform
- Provide training and continuous support to clients
- Work alongside our product, sales, and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to the platform's continuous evolution based on client feedback
Our take
Organizing the ticketing for live and online events requires vast infrastructure, and therefore many event companies use online ticketing platforms. However, these platforms often only offer basic ticket design options and come with unfair charges that greatly reduce revenue for the company.
Vivenu provides a ticket sales management and marketing platform, focused on helping clients to customize the branding of tickets and their listings. The platform is designed to suit any scale of events company and uses a subscription pricing model to ensure that companies earn all of the revenue from the tickets they sell.
Whilst the company will face fierce competition from large ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster, Vivenu shows great potential to compete by identifying the need for a more customizable ticketing solution.
