Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Proactive, results-driven, and a self-starter
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude

What the job involves
- As part of the Radiant team, you’ll work directly with this groundbreaking technology, learning how to harness its power to transform SOC workflows
- Be the face of Radiant! You will be the first point of contact for our prospects through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls with account executives
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and track outreach activities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation and outreach
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
