  • A strong understanding of AI products and how to apply business insights to drive ROI is crucial
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, or program management, specifically focused on developer products. Bonus points for experience with AI developer tools

What the job involves

  • As a Growth Marketing Manager at Timescale, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of marketing and growth strategies for Timescale’s AI developer products
  • You will also drive engagement with technical and developer communities
  • Working closely with the Senior Manager and the PM Lead for AI and Vector, you will manage AI-focused campaigns, analyze performance data, and drive broad awareness of pgai and pgvectorscale
  • Top candidates will excel in a fast-paced environment, thrive on full ownership of AI marketing initiatives, and leverage experimental, data-driven approaches to achieve measurable results
  • Ideate, develop and execute strategies to earn developer attention in an authentic, helpful way, with the aim of increasing adoption and usage of Timescale’s AI developer products
  • Design, manage, and optimize awareness and community building tactics, including channels like YouTube, Twitter, Threads, LinkedIn, webinars, community forums, paid search, retargeting, in addition to other emerging marketing tactics that will resonate with the AI developer audience
  • Drive execution by communicating cross-functionally with key stakeholders, proactively surfacing issues, concerns, and progress, and managing projects to completion
  • Monitor campaign performance and utilize data to make informed, real-time adjustments and optimizations
  • Partner with Content Marketing and Developer Advocacy to develop and amplify content and assets that resonate with the AI developer audience
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis in the AI space to inform campaign strategies and improvements
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align AI-driven efforts with overall company goals
