Role
Who you are
- An innovative mindset, drive to cultivate positive relationships, and desire to contribute effectively to multi-tiered projects are imperative
- At least 3 years of experience managing relationships or selling/training in person
- Successfully managed a portfolio of clients
- Ability to connect to your audience and communicate complex ideas simply and concisely

- A team player with strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Experience in the healthcare industry or home care industry is an asset
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization is a plus
What the job involves
- As Sensi’s Implementation Manager, you will onboard new clients and continue to engage, retain, and drive our customer adoption and engagement throughout their partnership
- As an advocate for each customer, you will build relationships, drive product adoption, and empower teams to fulfill their business goals
- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our innovative AI system's seamless integration and optimal utilization
- You will work closely with your assigned clients to help them position Sensi with their clients, seniors, and referral partners
- You will help speak to the benefits of Sensi and train our clients and their teams to do the same while overcoming objections to the service
- Your ability to present Sensi will be crucial to our clients' success
- This will include visiting our clients and training them to install and position Sensi in seniors' homes with their families
- Present Sensi’s product, value proposition, and capabilities to end users and their families in their private homes
- Develop and maintain relationships with our B2B clients
- Support clients in positioning Sensi with referral partners (including hospitals, independent living communities, and government agencies)
- Training clients on Sensi’s product benefits and talking points
- Manage a book of clients supporting with ongoing enablement of agencies
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams and provide active feedback to inform Sensi’s product strategy
Our take

To accommodate this large proportion of retirees, Sensi.AI has created software to help care agencies virtually monitor elderly well-being 24/7.
There is a clear disparity worldwide between the small number of visiting carers available and the large number of elderly people who stay in their homes as they grow old. Sensi.AI’s technology helps alleviate this burden through its strategic care co-pilot. Sensi uses audio technology, strategically placed listening devices throughout a patient’s home, and AI-powered data analysis to provide a 360-degree understanding of a senior's needs. Using patient insights, the platform can prioritise patients and needs automatically, thus preventing and preempting emergencies and crises concerning elderly health.
A substantial Series C funding round exemplifies how Sensi.AI is reshaping elderly care for a new generation. Its funds are being channelled into innovating its product and expanding its market share. It plans to evolve from AI Care Agent into a full pipeline AI operating system for the senior care industry. With a reported 80% of care homes in the US already using Sensi, its growth capital is definitely necessary.
