Who you are
- 3+ years of working experience in a sales team, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven sales track record
- Good analytical skills
- Fluent in German & English in a business setting

What the job involves
- We are looking for an ambitious Sales Team Lead for our DACH region to lead our intermediate & senior Sales Development Representatives
- The mission of this role is no less than to help built and run the best-in-market outbound sales team
- You will lead our existing team of SDRs in Berlin to enable the next growth stage of Agicap in Germany, Austria & Switzerland enabling Agicaps growth to a 100M€+ ARR SaaS business
- The role reports to the General Manager DACH and is working together closely with our Senior Management Team
- In this role, you will manage an existing team to 8 SDRs and be a key interface to other sales, marketing & customer success functions
- Define & execute outbound sales strategy together with the senior leadership team
- Built, train & retain a team of 6-8 SDRs and ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee and improve staff performance & efficiency together with a team of sales operations managers
- Improve sales processes focused on outreach, qualification and engagement
- Be a motivator, a sparing partner & coach for your own organization and others every single day
- Be a face to customers, through webinars, your own calls and offline events
- Establish a high performance, strong willigness to learn, team culture
- Guide the team through changes required to fit the mid-market and value based selling approach
- Find the right split between motivating the team members that have been around longer and establishing a new fresh culture

Managing cash flow is essential for the financial health of a company, yet existing management methods are laborious. Many companies rely on manual data entry into spreadsheets and analysis, and this can result in missing key optimization opportunities and expensive errors.
Agicap provides a cash flow management platform, allowing businesses to integrate their cash flow data directly into its platform to automate cash flow visualization and analytics. The company also employs cash management specialists that assist clients in setting up a seamless cash flow management system, in addition to providing security advice to make sure that regulations are met and that data is encrypted.
Whilst the company does face competition from other automated cash flow management platforms, Agicap has demonstrated a cutting edge by providing clients with human cash flow advisors, preventing them from relying solely on software. Through this approach, the company ensures that its clients can set up a reliable and optimized cash flow management system, saving them from manual data entry time and expensive cashflow oversights. 2024 funding is being used to strengthen its leading position in Europe and expand out into new territories.
