Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Strong SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and business modeling skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities — able to distill complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects from 0 to 1

Desirable

- Familiarity with ETL and data transformation tools (e.g., Python, Spark, dbt)
- Experience working with healthcare or health insurance data

- This person will work with both technical and non-technical teammates to design and drive investigations into complex business problems, and to propose data-informed solutions
- Partner directly with clinics and internal stakeholders to understand needs and define reporting requirements for areas such as financial performance (e.g., billing, collections, revenue) and operational efficiency (e.g., authorization, task workflows)
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for both clinics and internal teams
- Uphold trust in data by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting pipelines
- Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches, and present findings in compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Help shape the future of reporting at Camber by identifying opportunities for new metrics, improved workflows, and scalable analytics practices

Mental Health plays a significant role in many people's lives, and the need for accessible help avenues is growing. To cater to this, Behavioural Health Clinics need better operational systems, which is where Camber comes in.
Camber's platform offers automated billing for insurance reimbursement, built specifically for therapy clinics. This bolsters clinicians' capacity to cater to a larger patient base, and can help consumers to save money.
Camber is aligned with a broader trend in healthcare, where organizations are moving towards automation and efficiency enhancement. Its efforts have brought on extensive funding led by the likes of Y Combinator, with which the company will expand its service offerings.
