Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition, finance, and business performance drivers
- Technical expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Our stack includes dbt, Snowflake, Streamlit, and Tableau
- Strong data visualization and dashboarding skills, with the ability to create clear, intuitive, and actionable insights from complex datasets
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus, particularly in advanced forecasting methods (e.g., econometrics, time series analysis)
- Proven problem-solving skills, with experience in automating reporting workflows and leveraging data to improve decision-making
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage business, analytics, and engineering teams to drive impactful solutions
- Ability to present data products and insights effectively to stakeholders at all management levels
What the job involves
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the VP of Financial BI, VP of FP&A, and C-Suite leadership to align business intelligence strategies with financial goals. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights that support business growth and operational efficiency
- Project Ownership: Manage the intake and prioritization of data projects, ensuring clear goals, scope, and expected impact. Work with stakeholders to refine requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in alignment with business objectives
- End-to-End Data Solutions: Own the full lifecycle of data solutions, from scoping and MVP development to data modeling, implementation, and validation. Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders to ensure solutions are scalable and fit-for-purpose
- Data Visualization & Dashboarding: Develop effective, actionable dashboards and data products that translate complex data into clear, intuitive insights. Apply best practices in data visualization to communicate key information effectively across all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and exploratory data work to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Provide proactive recommendations that drive business performance and ensure ongoing monitoring of key metrics
- Enhancing Data Culture: Elevate analytical standards and best practices within the organization. Share knowledge, refine methodologies, and stay up to date with the latest BI, data visualization, and analytics trends

Rising electricity prices and increasing demand have led to renewable energy adoption to rapidly become mainstream, however obtaining a home solar power system can be complicated, time-consuming, and expensive. With a mission to bring affordable green energy to everyone, Enpal provides homeowners with an all-in-one solar solution that is both easy and affordable.
The company rents out solar power systems, saving customers from paying high acquisition costs and instead paying a flat monthly rental fee for their customised solar solution that covers all costs (including planning, installation, maintenance, and more), and includes a green electricity tariff.
The company also has a partnership with the UK investment manager M&G, which is recently strengthened with a €700M joint warehouse for residential solar and heating loans. By strengthening this partnership, Enpal has put itself in good footing to expand its services even further.
