Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience with proven delivery of revenue-driving features
- Deep understanding of ecommerce and merchant workflows
- Strong technical intuition; comfortable managing integrations and backend complexity
- Demonstrated success optimizing UX and improving conversion rates
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and using insights to guide roadmap decisions
- Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teams
- You’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about crafting seamless, user-centric experiences, making data-informed decisions, and solving complex integration challenges at scale
Desirable
- Direct experience owning buy path ecommerce flows
- Comfort with data tools like SQL, Looker, or similar
- Background in shipping, insurance, or risk-related fintech products
- Familiarity with insurance operations such as claims or compliance
- Experience with transactional or add-on revenue models
- Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or BigCommerce
- Track record of building and managing third-party integrations
What the job involves
- Narvar is growing! Narvar is looking for an entrepreneurial, impact-driven Senior Product Manager to lead Narvar Secure, our rapidly growing shipping insurance solution for ecommerce retailers
- This is a high-visibility role where you’ll own the end-to-end strategy to scale adoption, transform onboarding into a seamless self-serve experience, and optimize conversion flows that directly drive revenue for both Narvar and our merchants
- Drive Merchant Growth: Lead product initiatives that accelerate retailer adoption and reduce friction across the onboarding journey
- Build Self-Serve Experiences: Redesign the onboarding process into intuitive, low-touch workflows that enable merchants to launch independently
- Boost Attach Rates: Optimize messaging, design, and funnel performance to increase the percentage of orders with shipping protection
- Lead Technical Integrations: Own integration strategies across ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), support tools (e.g., Zendesk), ERPs, and Narvar’s internal product suite (e.g., Narvar Shield)
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
- What Success Looks Like
- Revenue Growth: Demonstrated impact on Narvar Secure revenue through product-led initiatives and funnel optimization
- Rapid Merchant Activation: Increased volume and velocity of new merchant launches through scalable self-serve onboarding
- Higher Attach Rates: Ongoing improvements in conversion driven by UX experimentation and A/B testing
- Expanded Platform Support: Broader 3rd-party integration coverage that reduces lift for retailers and increases market reach

The process that retailers go through to deliver products to customers is becoming increasingly complicated due to convoluted shipping networks and a global customer base. This means customer experience suffers as retailers must offer an overwhelming range of delivery options. Narvar aims to improve this situation with an integrated delivery and returns platform for retailers, providing analytics on client data to the retailer and optimizes shipping channels for customers.
Narvar is a market leader in this sector, active in almost every country and territory worldwide and having made more than 2B shipments since its founding in 2012. Its post-purchase customer experience platform is used by over 1,500 companies including household name retailers such as Sephora, GAP and Levis, among many others.
Narvar has secured many strategic partnerships such as linking up with Rise.ai, a leading gift card and store credit platform. This allows stores to simplify returns by enabling merchants to issue Rise's store credit as part of the returns process. While Narvar is currently focused on retailers providing shipping solutions for their customers, the company plans to expand to offer a B2B product in the near future.
