• 1–2 years in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Confident sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines
• Skilled in scheduling interviews and working across global calendars
• Familiar with recruitment tools and ATS platforms (Lever experience a plus)
• Proactive and self-motivated — you take initiative and drive things forward
• Highly organised with great attention to detail

• You’ll partner closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end hiring experience

• From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding support, you’ll play a key role in building high-performing teams across our business
• Source top-tier talent across global tech and non-tech roles
• Write and send compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates
• Screen CVs, conduct intro calls, and assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and teams
• Maintain and update our ATS (we use Lever) and support scheduling/admin
• Contribute to team projects including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events

• Skills Interview (45 mins) – Chat with our Global Head of Talent
