Associate Product Marketing Manager, LeanTaaS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Technology, Hospital Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or content marketing with high growth B2B SaaS companies
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLM-based tools) to increase efficiency and productivity in a professional setting
• Strong communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment, with the ability to identify market opportunities
• Motivated, creative, and analytical, with a strong ability to problem-solve

• This role will provide cross-product support, assisting multiple product marketing managers with aspects of their individual products
• The Associate Product Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally within the Marketing team, collaborating with peers across different teams (Product Management, Product Operations, Customer Success, and Sales)
• Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and marketing campaigns
• Support customer marketing initiatives, including working with Customer Success and customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and other content that showcases customer outcomes
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content creation, marketing workflows, and sales enablement assets
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with the buying audience
• Assist in creating sales enablement tools such as competitive comparison guides, messaging maps, FAQs, PowerPoint presentations, and email templates
• Provide market and buyer insights to help develop campaign strategies, including demand creation and reputation-building efforts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce relevant content—web pages, articles, press releases, and campaigns—for target buyers
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing programs and sales enablement initiatives
• Plan, organize, and facilitate conference presentations and webinars
• Support the Business Development and Sales teams with email campaigns, collateral, and competitive intelligence research
• Support the team in managing the Marketing asset library and internal product solutions resources
