Role
Who you are
- First experience in content creation, communications, or marketing (via internships, freelance, or university projects)
- Native-level English with excellent writing and editing skills
- Skilled in organizing and managing tasks across multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools; basic Photoshop or Figma is a plus
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with an eye for design and storytelling
- Experienced with AI tools for content creation (e.g. ChatGPT, image generation, editing tools)
- Interest in startups, venture capital, and tech/health innovation
- EU work permit
What the job involves
- Support our digital presence - help manage Earlybird’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), draft post copy, and create visuals using Canva
- Assist in content development - contribute to key projects such as website updates, founder support materials, and investor communications like LP reports
- Maintain brand consistency - ensure visuals and messaging align with our brand guidelines, tone, and style across all channels
- Support founders and internal teams - assist with press releases, event materials, and personal branding content; help navigate the use of AI-generated imagery as part of the creative workflow
- Bring fresh thinking - research emerging trends, AI tools, and new content formats to help keep our communications sharp, relevant, and engaging
