People Operations Internship, Skilllab

• You are a generalist with a strong interest in learning about how to run people operations for a technology company
• No prior work experience or relevant study are needed
• You value attention to detail and have a passion for creating exceptional experiences
• You are a team player but at the same time you can work independently and prioritize your work
• You are currently enrolled as a student or graduated within the last 12 months
• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands. We don’t support visa applications for applicants from outside the EU
• You are able to commit to a six-month full-time (40 hour/week) internship
• You live in Amsterdam and can commit to office attendance at least three days per week
• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands. We don’t support visa applications for applicants outside the EU

Desirable

• You will experience the culture of a technology start-up and work in an international environment with SkillLabers from 30+ countries
• You will create an impact on SkillLab by supporting various people operations initiatives and projects
• You will work closely with the Internal Operations team, as well as other functions when needed
• You will gain hands-on experience in event organization and people ops workflows in a tech company of 65+ people
• You will support Felix, Tais, Elsa and Rwitu in their work. Through supporting smaller tasks, you will get an insight into event organization, hiring, performance management and other HR topics etc
• You will manage your own projects (e.g. supporting our team leadership development, or doing desk research to find external suppliers
