Who you are
- Have a background in Marketing and a solid understanding of marketing technologies and platforms
- Ideally have already gained some experience in the use of AdTech and MarTech solutions
- Have excellent analytical skills and are able to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Have excellent communication skills and are able to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way and convince stakeholders
- Are a team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is characterised by a proactive and solution-oriented way of working
- Are business-fluent in English and German (C1) – German skills are mandatory due to the (partly German) copies you work with
What the job involves
- We are building an innovative Marketing team to help EDURINO on the way to becoming the brand for digital education – that's why we need you as Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on Technology & Reporting
- You are responsible for the selection, implementation and optimisation of AdTech and MarTech solutions to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance marketing activities
- You develop and implement strategies to integrate different marketing technologies and platforms to ensure seamless data transfer and analysis
- You build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to monitor and evaluate (performance) marketing campaigns and derive recommendations for action
- You analyse data and derive insights to continuously optimise campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities
- You work closely with the team members of the Marketing team and our Shop Owner to create synergies and promote best practices in AdTech / MarTech
- Together with our development team, data engineers and data analysts in other departments you build a strong collaboration in order to create a holistic business database, that can be used throughout the company
- You collaborate with external MarTech/ AdTech tools and agencies and manage projects with them beneficial for the company success

After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions
- Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study
- We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved
- You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references
- After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
- The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
Our take
Educational resources have a problem - while they are training children for the world they live in now, the future that they will live in is going to look very different, and require very different skills, with a greater focus on digital, technical and mathematical knowledge than what is typically taught to children today. Edurino exists to provide this learning from the very earliest stages with a comprehensive educational program for children aged 4-8.
While the EdTech sector abounds with offerings to help children improve scholastically, Edurino stands apart by taking a hybrid approach, offering a specialised stylus and haptic physical toys that interact with its learning app. Edurino's offering has been enthusiastically received, with 160 educational institutions using its products and 100,000 units sold to individual families.
Edurino raised funding in a Series B round led by Ravensburger Next Ventures in 2025. This funding was used to accelerate growth initiatives, aiming to double the company's retail presence across Europe. Having launched across the German, Austrian and Swiss (DACH) area, it is aiming to enter the UK market in the near future.
