Who you are
- Students on winter break or recent graduates available for full-time work during Winter 2025
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Available to work hybrid in Palo Alto, CA or Toronto, Canada
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and cloud computing fundamentals
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication abilities and experience working with technical teams
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Passion for making cutting-edge technology accessible and useful
- Previous internship experience in product management or technical roles
- Experience with LLMs or AI infrastructure
- Programming experience or technical background

What the job involves
- Product Management Intern Winter '25 Intern
- Groq's Winter Internship Program runs from January - May and is full-time during the duration of the internship
- Mission: Your mission is to help define and execute our product strategy, ensuring Groq's revolutionary LPU technology meets real-world customer needs through compelling products, features, and pricing models
- Develop and present a market size overview that Groq can use to focus our model and overall product roadmap, including TaaS, dedicated instances, and hardware sales. Include an overview of a typical customer, as well as a gap analysis for how Groq can address the largest markets
- Prepare an overview of Groq customer experience based on a detailed study of customer feedback, usage patterns, and including customer interviews. Identify UX and feature gaps. Create a proposal for closing those gaps
- Maintain the Product team Notion pages, confirming that roadmaps and process documents are up to date
- Develop and publish a self-service model launch template in Notion that engineering can leverage to drive model launches. This template will be used to build automation and support around model launches in the future
- Product Strategy: Assist in developing product roadmaps for models, deployment methods, and API/SDK features
- Market Analysis: Support competitive analysis of AI inference solutions and cloud services
- Pricing Strategy: Help develop and refine pricing models that align with our mission of making AI accessible
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to inform product decisions
- Feature Definition: Collaborate with engineering teams to define and prioritize new features
- Examples: Help create clear, compelling API usage examples
