Who you are
- We’re seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our MasterClass at Work sales team

- Intrinsically motivated and mission-driven
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, even when ambiguity is present
- Proven track record of exceeding personal and sales targets
- 3-5 years in a quota-bearing enterprise sales role (5-10 years preferred)
- Managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value SaaS deals, ideally with HR buyers
- Proven success with deal sizes: $25k-$50k minimum, $100k-$300k average, and $1M+ enterprise deals
- Strategic in top-funnel activities like territory planning, prospecting, discovery, and deal qualification
- Consultative, value-based selling skills that establish you as a trusted advisor to senior executives
- Exceptional communicator and presenter with a knack for simplicity and impact
- Familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, Apollo IO, Sales Navigator, Clari) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional sales training or certifications (e.g., Challenger) are a bonus
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals (This is otherwise a remote position.)
What the job involves
- In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth by acquiring new logos and expanding relationships with Fortune 1000 companies
- Managing a defined territory of large enterprise accounts (5k+ FTEs), you’ll position our platform as the go-to solution for their learning and development needs
- We value consultative, value-based selling and believe the best teams combine insight-driven work with a lot of fun
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, for large enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, prioritizing high-value ICP and buyer personas
- Build and maintain strategic account plans to uncover opportunities and grow existing relationships
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting and complement inbound opportunities
- Engage executive-level decision-makers in HR, Talent Management, L&D, and related functions
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand and address a prospect’s top priorities
- Present our product suite’s value proposition to diverse audiences, from technical to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, customer success, marketing) to ensure client success
- Stay informed on industry trends to serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR and Learning Executives
- Consistently exceed quotas and revenue targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts

MasterClass is a streaming platform that offers its members the chance to learn skills and theory directly from the best in the business, all with celebrity status. For example, learning to cook with Gordon Ramsay, mastering tennis techniques with Serena Williams, and perfecting songwriting with Alicia Keys.
The streaming platform provides more than 100 classes across nine categories including sport, wellness, music, food, and business. Each class is made up of around 20 short video lessons, accompanied by a workbook and a members’ community.
With a $2.5 billion valuation and no shortage of funding, MasterClass is seen as a leader in the edtech market and differentiates itself from fierce competitors Udacity and Udemy by blurring the line between education and entertainment.
