Operations Manager, Roczen

• 2-6 years’ experience gained in Management Consulting organisations or operational roles
• You thrive in fast-paced environment, unfazed by unforeseen challenges
• You enjoy problem solving and are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You're able to break down complex problems with clear structure, bringing creative flair to problem solving. Able to strike a balance between rigour and “quick-and-dirty” approaches
• You get things done – starting from a blank sheet of paper, through to planning and implementation
• You are never satisfied with the status quo, and always seek to take things to the next level
• You have data savvy and have advanced analytical skills – you have used data to drive decisions
• You have proven record of managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies
• You are strategic with a keen eye for detail - able to balance the day to day operational details with the big picture
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• You are a team-oriented, personable individual with the ability to develop relationships with team members of all levels of experience across the organisation
• You are tech-savvy and are familiar with digital health technologies, platforms, and tools, and a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve operations. Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite

Desirable

• Scale and streamline operations processes - Ensure seamless service delivery as we launch our new care model and platform
• Performance management – Establish KPIs, monitor and report on operational key performance indicators to the wider team
• Account management of key corporate & NHS clients - be the point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing launch initiatives and on-going service and outcomes reporting. Liaise with the marketing and product teams client feedback and requests
• Drive compliance projects and adherence across the team - making compliance fun in the process
• Own the tracking, assessing and reporting of metrics across our operations; using these to drive meaningful insights and improvements
• Perform data analysis and prepare outcomes reports for internal and external audience
• Play a key role in ensuring data integrity and be involved in academic research and service evaluation studies as appropriate
• Be the data champion of the team, cultivating a data driven culture across the organisation
• Own and execute various projects across the business as we launch and scale across different market segments - NHS, B2B, Industry partners, and D2C
• International expansion - Produce operational blueprints to serve as foundations for further UK and international roll-out; support and lead launch activities as required
• Working with product, tech, and clinical teams, actively contribute to product / solution design for all operational processes. Involve in UAT as appropriate
• Support the team in marketing & business development activities - undertake strategic research as required
