Founder's Associate, Recycleye

• The CEO is looking for a true jack of all trades that is highly flexible, has a proactive approach to work, has a “roll up your sleeves” mentality, ability to quickly assimilate information and willingness to gain autonomy
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 to 3 years work experience in a challenging role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Fluent in English
• Highly organised with excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation

Desirable

• The Founder’s Associate will work directly with the CEO, supporting a wide range of activities
• Assist the CEO in managing sales, from lead generation to supporting closing deals with waste management clients
• Coordinate and manage sales pipeline activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking of client engagements
• Create and manage client proposals, contracts, and other sales documents, ensuring accuracy
• Research and identify potential clients and partners in the waste management industry
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and events, ensuring efficient time management
• Prepare and review communications, such as emails, reports, and presentations, on behalf of the CEO
• Coordinate demo logistics, including materials, equipment setup, and demo schedules (demos are tests with customer waste streams held in our Test Center)
• Ensure that all demo-related tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines
• Gather feedback from demo participants and prepare post-demo reports to share with stakeholders
• Attending meetings with the CEO, taking detailed notes and tracking action points to ensure follow-up
• Conduct research on behalf of the CEO, providing summarised insights into potential partnerships, market opportunities, and operational improvements
• Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the CEO, adapting quickly to the changing needs of the company
