Role
Who you are
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or B2B account management, ideally within the Mid-Market segment using a MEDDPICC sales framework
- Experience overseeing a US book of business with KPIs centered on expansions.
- Familiarity with HR and or Payroll technology and value-based selling methodologies is preferred
- Proven success in accurately forecasting and achieving revenue targets in a SaaS or similar environment
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing client interactions
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools (e.g., Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- A passion for learning new tools and staying up-to-date with product offerings
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients through various channels
What the job involves
- As an Account Manager at HiBob, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within client organizations by strategically positioning the value of our suite of products
- You’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers to ensure a seamless client experience, with a primary focus of unlocking revenue potential and driving client success through consultative selling
- We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!
- Revenue Growth: Identify upsell opportunities, delivering new ARR within existing accounts in the Mid-Market & Sub-Enterprise segment in U.S. and LATAM markets
- Strategic Sales Execution: Leverage the MEDDPICC framework to manage complex sales cycles and close deals effectively
- Relationship Management: Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to deeply understand their goals and position HiBob solutions as integral to their success
- Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Renewal Managers and Sales Engineers to align on client needs and identify growth opportunities
- Pipeline Management: Proactively build, manage, and forecast a robust pipeline of opportunities within assigned accounts
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs related to upsell
