Role
Who you are
- We think this is an ideal role for someone who wants to play a part in crafting and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience
- 6+ years of experience working directly with large customers, quickly learning their business and helping solve their most important problems
- Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with complex, demanding, and high-stakes enterprise customers, addressing challenges with a solutions-oriented and empathetic approach
- Quantifiable track record of success in enterprise customer account success management over a customer life-cycle of deployment, installation, upsell, and retention/renewal
- Previous experience with B2B SaaS and/or Revenue Cycle Management
- Ability to take a consultative approach to Customer Success - with many paths to ROI - it is important for our CSM’s to understand what is most important to our clients and advise/consult on best practices to attain those goals
- Be a thought leader on RCM to our external and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills. You know what needs to be done when and by who. You’re proactive with customers and can anticipate challenges before they arise. You know how to work cross functionally internally in order to drive outcomes for customers
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with Excel
- Experience mentoring or guiding other CSMs or team members is a plus
What the job involves
- We’re looking to add an early hire to the Customer Success team
- You will have the opportunity to have an outsized impact on the growth and trajectory of this team as we rapidly grow our company and our customer base
- Our customer success team is intimately involved in every corner of the company, from product and engineering to pre-sales execution and product marketing
- Build relationships with our customers. You’ll learn about their business, their organization, and partner with them to help them reach and exceed their business goals. You’ll be responsible for everything customer related, from collaborating with our Executive Sponsors to diving into API implementation with our customers’ engineering teams
- You’ll get to own implementation across our entire product suite, from our AI powered Intelligence products to our Claim Billing platform and everything in between
- Improve playbooks to increase time to value for our customers
- Work closely with billing team managers and leads to support our Adonis Billing and Adonis Intelligence customers. You’ll become fluent in the tactical details of revenue cycle management
- Work closely with product and engineering to distill customer product feedback and offer suggestions to improve our product offerings
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio and partner with our internal go-to-market team to close additional deals
- Recommend, improve and enhance internal customer success playbooks
- Become an expert in Revenue Cycle Management in order to support our pre-sales engine and the go-to-market team to close new business deals

Adonis is a revenue intelligence and automation platform addressing the inefficiencies and complexities of revenue cycle management (RCM) in healthcare. Traditional RCM processes are often manual and fragmented, causing significant revenue losses and operational inefficiencies.
To combat these issues, Adonis has created a platform that integrates with electronic health records (EHRs) and uses AI to power real-time dashboards, alerts, claims tracking and smart worklists. These tools provide billing teams with insights to improve productivity, mitigate denials and prioritize the right tasks.
