Role
Who you are
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a Technical Support role
- Experience in marketing technology, with a strong understanding of addressability solutions
- Knowledge of pre-bid configurations and header bidding solutions
- Experience creating and debugging code written with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Experience querying, analyzing and creating visualizations of data utilizing SQL and Looker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and be responsible for the design and implementation of our addressability solutions
- As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of addressability by deploying advanced identity solutions in the Web, Mobile App and CTV environments
- The Solutions Engineer role will be based in New York and is an in-office hybrid position. You are also expected to attend NYC-based client and internal team meetings as needed
- Design and implement pre-bid configurations utilizing header bidding, wrapper solutions, Server to Server and SSP integrations to facilitate programmatic bidding with user-centric data
- Query and analyze data for troubleshooting and trend analysis
- Debug website code utilizing browser developer tools
- Partner with sales and product teams to develop and deliver compelling client proposals and presentations
- Proactively troubleshoot issues, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth implementation and operation of addressability solutions
- Review client performance to ensure continued success
- Support the Account Management team in improving client utilization of the solution
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and product development teams
- Monitor critical systems to ensure the solution performs as intended
- Contribute to the improvement of our support processes and tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the marketing technology industry
