What the job involves

  • This role involves supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for talent acquisition
  • Although coordination will be the main responsibility, you will also have the opportunity to source candidates
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews (virtual or in-person), ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering questions throughout the recruitment process
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the ATS and ensure data integrity
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experience
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members
