Role
Who you are
- Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for all clients, managing their journey from onboarding to full integration, and ensuring a world-class experience at every stage
- Integration Strategy: Lead and own client integrations, translating complex client needs into tailored solutions while collaborating with sales and technical teams
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal/external development teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions, balancing client needs with technical feasibility
- Ongoing Client Support: Provide post-implementation support, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by troubleshooting complex technical issues and proactively addressing client concerns
- Client Liaison and Communication: Serve as the voice of the client, relaying feedback, feature requests, and project updates to internal stakeholders to continually improve the product
- Business Growth and Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance client offerings and drive additional business through upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with the sales team to maximise revenue growth
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, advising clients on how best to leverage our products to achieve their business goals and maintain a competitive edge
- Administrative Excellence: Take full ownership of the administrative side of client management, ensuring meticulous tracking of communications, CRM updates, and flawless documentation
What the job involves
- Proven expertise in senior account management, customer success, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment, with a proven track record of managing and leading client relationships
- Technical fluency: A strong understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. A solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, ERP/fulfilment systems, and basic web development technologies is essential
- Strategic leadership: Experience driving client strategy, managing complex integrations, and delivering successful outcomes across multiple projects
- Relationship-building excellence: Demonstrated ability to engage and maintain relationships at all levels, with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proactive problem-solving: A strategic, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and deliver effective solutions
- Multitasking mastery: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and project management tools such as PipeDrive, AirTable, or similar platforms
- Commitment to excellence: You thrive in an environment that demands high standards, taking ownership of both strategic leadership and administrative details with a focus on results
