Who you are

Have prior experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or logistics
Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Are comfortable working with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent communication skills for supplier and 3PL liaison
Basic knowledge of import/export processes is preferred
Are a problem-solver who takes ownership of issues and drives resolution
Have an analytical mindset with basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting
Have a strong interest in developing a career in supply chain and logistics

Desirable

Experience in a startup, D2C, or consumer product company is a plus but not essential

What the job involves

Coordinate with suppliers on delivery confirmations and resolve daily operational issues
Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage import/export paperwork and compliance for shipments
Maintain accurate records of supplier lead times, commitments, and performance
Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day 3PL troubleshooting (e.g. delays, damages, order discrepancies)
Support Customer Service with logistics-related requests and escalations
Monitor delivery timelines and stock availability, escalating risks of stockouts or delays
Assist in courier and freight process management
Support the Supply & Logistics Lead on supplier and logistics improvement projects (beyond cost savings, including service and process improvements)
Provide reporting and data inputs for supplier and 3PL performance tracking
Assist in preparing materials for supplier and 3PL quarterly business reviews
Contribute to process improvements to enhance execution reliability and efficiency
