What the job involves
- We're looking for a Business Lead to co-lead Frame alongside our Technical & Product Lead. You'll own the business side: growth, marketing, partnerships, client experience, CPA/CFP team operations, compliance, and hiring. Your co-lead owns product and engineering. You report directly to the CEO
- This isn't a "business person who sits in meetings." You'll write the first blog post. You'll run the first partnership call. You'll onboard customers yourself. You'll hire the team that does all of this at scale
- Your one-year outcomes
- 400 paying customers with NPS 70+ and strong organic word-of-mouth growth
- 50+ new qualified leads per month
- CPA/CFP team of 3-5 delivering consistent 5-star service with AI augmentation
- Category awareness: Frame is known as the AI-native alternative to traditional financial planning
- Growth: Own customer acquisition. Build and iterate on growth motions: content, community, social, outbound, partnerships. Own pricing and packaging alongside your co-lead
- Client experience: Own NPS, retention, and support quality. Design onboarding. Ensure every customer gets a world-class experience
- Team: Manage the CPA/CFP team (currently 2, growing to 3-5). Hire future planners, GTM, marketing, and customer service roles
- Operations: Build systems for service delivery: client onboarding, tax filing workflows, planning cadence. Make it consistent and scalable
- Brand & content: Build Frame's voice. Create content that builds credibility and drives demand
- Partnerships: Identify and execute partnerships that drive customer acquisition
- Compliance: Own regulatory compliance for financial planning and tax services
- Business metrics: Co-own the Frame P&L with your co-lead. Set goals, track metrics, report to the CEO

Our take
Managing taxes for crypto investments can be a difficult task, and with tax regulations and trading practices developing fast in this market, a tool to help manage them is vital. CoinTracker’s crypto management software provides just this; tracking and synching up to 200 transactions across different wallets to a single dashboard, and automatically populating tax forms.
Though there are rivals in the space (such as Coinpanda and Koinly), CoinTracker stands out for the sheer volume of transactions it can track, as well as its prioritization of ease-of-use. Through this approach, it makes the whole process far more compliant and hassle-free for crypto traders, especially serving those who are less educated regarding the space.
By balancing tax management tools with its relatively generous free plan, CoinTracker has straddled itself neatly across low-volume retail investors and those dipping their toes in a little deeper. With fresh unicorn funding and regulatory pressure mounting around crypto tax reporting, the company is set to turn a historically painful obligation into a gateway for wider crypto adoption and help investors say compliant while better understanding the true performance of their portfolios.
