Role
Who you are
- Top tier engineering or business school (double degree is a plus),
- Ideally experienced in advisory consulting or in the fintech sector,
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination,
- SQL knowledge is a plus,
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail, performance-oriented approach (KPI tracking, revenue optimization, merchant activation),
- Mandatory fluency in FRENCH AND ENGLISH
What the job involves
- We are looking for exceptional individual Sales contributors to push forward the boundaries of our targets & value proposition adressing the top 30 global digital strategic accounts of dedicated geographic zones
- You will be in the center of a best of class organization with a dedicated global partnership team, a dedicated PreSales team, a dedicated Implementation team, a dedicated full stack operation team, RevOps capabilities & top noche growth & marketing organization
- Analyze payment data for multiple sources to target sales efforts, understand market dynamics, potential risks, and opportunities
- Identify emerging markets and potential growth sectors for Payplug
- Identify business opportunities, with targeting based on their Payplug Performance USP fit and evaluation based on rich and varied datasets
- Adapt sales pitch with Sales team
- Prepare and deliver key business development initiatives for Payplug
- Contribute to market entry plans and key business partnerships growth with Product / Sales teams
- Align with Product / Marketing / Sales teams to ensure plans delivery
- Track & prepare payments KPI delivery to facilitate sales with Marketing / Sales teams
- Monitore and analyze Payplug Enterprise sales performance with RevOps team
- Prepare & communicate progress and recommendations to management

The new PayPlug's strategy revolves around two key pillars essential for traditional and online merchants alike. First, it will emphasise online card payments, with a strong focus on optimising conversion rates through Dalenys's data expertise. Second, it will enhance omnichannel payments, simplifying user experiences and expanding offerings to include in-store payments.
As consumers increasingly expect frictionless and mobile payments solutions, the merger between PayPlug and Dalenys is strategically timed. It places the company in a prime position to continue its growth and make a lasting impression in the fintech industry, and will give it an extra boost in its competition against industry stalwarts such as PayPal and Stripe.
