Who you are
- France based role
- Technical experience around APIs (REST, Webhooks) and SSO
- General knowledge of enterprise integrations and authentication
- Knowledge of databases
- Comfortable working in English and in French
- Good organizational and prioritization skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Occasional travel to our customers’ sites is to be expected (2-3 visits per year)

What the job involves
- Pre-sales: To facilitate the sales process by proactively addressing the technical concerns of prospects
- Post-sales: To ensure the seamless integration of our products with our customer’s ecosystems
- Develop technical and functional knowledge of our produc
- Build an understanding of our customers and their ecosystem
- Capitalize on this knowledge and understanding to maximize the value of our solution for customer
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical integration enquiries for customers and prospects
- Provide API and SSO guidance to customers to ensure the successful integration with Fabriq
- Ensure the application of integration standards for our strategic customers
- Collaborate with Sales and Ops teams to anticipate technical challenges and proactively propose solutions
- Document critical integration information to facilitate knowledge sharing with other teams, as well as with customers and prospects
- Follow through on the validation of integration projects
- Collaborate with Product teams to resolve complex technical issues and develop new features based on customer feedback
- Train and support Sales and Ops teams on integration topics
- Continuously improve the integration process
- Maximize the automation of technical operations wherever feasible
