Who you are

  • 3-6 years experience as a founder or early employee at high-growth startups; we will also consider top-tier management consulting or investment banking
  • Track record of building and scaling operational systems at early-stage companies
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities using modern tools
  • Expert proficiency with modern operations stack (Linear, Mixpanel, Notion, Google Sheets, Ashby)
  • Experience with AI tools, platforms, and developer ecosystems is a plus
  • Prior experience running strategic initiatives or 0->1 operations

What the job involves

  • Chief of Staff hire at Anon. This is your chance to shape our business operations from the ground up. You'll define the function, create and implement critical processes, and take over founder-level work that directly impacts our strategy and operations
  • Impact across the business. You'll work closely with the Business Leadership team (Product & Growth) on initiatives that drive Anon's success. Your role will span multiple functions, including Finance, Legal, HR, BD, and Marketing
  • Versatility is key. This isn't a niche role - it's for highly adaptable, flexible go-getters who thrive in ambiguity. You'll need to seamlessly switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, wearing many hats as our needs evolve
  • Manage essential operations. You'll keep the lights on by owning critical functions like Finance & Payroll, Expenses & Bill Pay, HR, Legal, and Contracts. Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency across the board
  • Drive strategic growth. Work directly with the CEO & Head of Growth on metrics and business efficiencies. You'll track, analyze, and report on sales, channel marketing performance, and key business KPIs. Your insights will inform critical business decisions
  • Measure and improve. Take ownership of tracking and enhancing our internal business metrics. Develop data-driven insights to optimize our operations and resource allocation, always with an eye towards scaling efficiently

Our take

As the AI revolution continues, Anon is building an automated authentication layer that will enable AI agents to complete a wider range of tasks. Basically, it enables developers to build user-permissioned integrations for sites without APIs. This will allow AI agents to authenticate and take actions for users across the internet.

By employing Anon, developers can allow their AI applications to securely integrate with the most popular sites on the internet. As mentioned, this means they can take actions on behalf of end users on these sites, supporting enhanced digital interaction.
