- We're searching for a Head of Professionals Community Growth to supercharge our network of elite business executives and niche professionals
- You will be responsible for ensuring qualified professionals join the NewtonX Professionals Community
- Your work will be instrumental in expanding our network of business executives and niche professional audiences who participate in our research
- This isn't just about adding numbers; it's about building a vibrant, thriving ecosystem that fuels cutting-edge research. Think of it as matchmaking for the minds that matter
- This role reports directly to the CMO
- Strategic Community Architect: You're the mastermind behind our community growth strategy. Collaborating with teams across NewtonX, you anticipate client needs, identify talent gaps, and architect innovative solutions. No cookie-cutter approaches here; you think outside the box and build bridges where none existed
- Market Whisperer: You have your finger on the pulse of the professional landscape. Analyzing market trends and client data, you pinpoint the most sought-after experts. You're our radar, detecting emerging industries and untapped talent pools
- Demand Gen Dynamo: You're a master of multi-channel marketing, experimenting with everything from targeted newsletters to partnerships with exclusive communities. You design, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive opt-ins and create genuine engagement
- Growth Hacker Extraordinaire & P&L Owner: You own the P&L for community growth, treating it as the profit-generating engine it is. You define, track, and crush KPIs, constantly iterating and innovating to maximize impact within budget
- Partnership Pioneer: You're a master connector, forging strategic alliances with other communities and organizations. You expand our reach and unlock new talent pools, building a network of networks
