Who you are
- If you're excited about driving initiatives across product marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, and more at a fast-growing company that values collaboration and performance, we'd love to talk
- 5+ years as a well-rounded marketer with experience in product marketing or demand generation, skilled at building programs to educate, excite, and convert prospects into customers

- You’re a strong leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and a creative spark

What the job involves

- Now, we’re doubling down our focus on EMEA as we scale internationally
- As the EMEA Marketing Lead, you’ll build strong marketing programs, drive demand generation, and partner with sales to fuel pipeline growth across EMEA
- This role sits at the core of Omni's international growth strategy and offers a unique opportunity to lead in an environment that is moving fast, with potential to scale even faster
- This role will report into the Head of Global Growth
- Own an ROI-focused EMEA marketing strategy. Build and execute a revenue-generating marketing plan across diverse EMEA markets
- Execute programs that move the needle. Oversee localized campaigns, major events, conferences, ABM, partner marketing, and customer marketing
- Partner closely with sales. Work hand in hand with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue and pipeline growth goals
- Build and lead a high-performing team. Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of marketers across the region, fostering a culture of ownership, impact, and collaboration
- Maximize impact with smart budget management. Own a sizable marketing budget, with an eye to allocating budget to maximize ARR
- Push the boundaries of B2B marketing. Go beyond conventional playbooks to find new ways to scale and drive ROI
- Measure, learn, and iterate. Track performance against key metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies to improve outcomes
Our take
The founding trio behind Omni led teams at major business intelligence startup Looker (now owned by Google), as well as data integration company Stitch.
During their time at these companies, they learned that the more business intelligence teams aspire to be data-driven, the more data they have to integrate and query, and as a result, the more complex it becomes to analyze.
In a bid to outperform their previous employers, Omni’s business intelligence software features a centralized, structured platform which is designed to be more user friendly, while still allowing data analysts the freedom and flexibility of a more advanced BI stack.
It’s not only Looker that Omni has to contend with, however. The likes of Pyramid Analytics and Metabase are growing quickly in a fiercely competitive BI space. This hasn’t deterred its investors though, who have shown their confidence in Omni’s founding team as the company looks to shake up the Business Intelligence market.
