Who you are

You are currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field,
You are looking for an apprenticeship (alternance) lasting 12 to 24 months,
You are organised, reliable and proactive,
You enjoy coordinating projects and working with multiple stakeholders,
You are fluent in English (written and spoken),
You are comfortable working in an international environment,
You already have a first experience in event organisation or logistics

What the job involves

HarfangLab is growing quickly across Europe, and events are a key part of our marketing strategy
This year, we are significantly increasing the number of events we organise and participate in across the EMEA region
To support this growth, we are looking for a Field Marketing Intern to help the team manage this increased event activity and contribute to delivering high-quality experiences
As part of the Marketing Team, you will support the organisation and execution of events across the EMEA region. Field marketing will represent the majority of your mission
You will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager and collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Channel and Customer Success
Support the organisation and execution of prospect, customer and partner events across the EMEA region
Contribute to delivering high-quality in-person and digital experiences aligned with HarfangLab’s marketing strategy
Collaborate with Sales, Channel and Customer Success teams to help ensure the success of events
Assist with the logistics and coordination of events in France and internationally
Provide general marketing support to the team when needed
You will report to the CMO and work closely day-to-day with the Field Marketing Manager
Some international travel may be required to support events across the EMEA region
