- Proven Track Record: You've successfully sold complex, abstract products related to digital transformation, similar to Spryker's offerings. Your sales stories are not just stories; they're case studies of success
- Coachability: You have a growth mindset and want to grow and learn as a seller
- Vertical Expertise: Whether it's Trade/Retail, Automotive, Industrial Goods, Lifesciences you've dived deep into verticals, emerging with unparalleled insights and strategies
- Executive Engagement: Your ability to connect with and sell to senior executives (VP, C-Level) sets you apart. You understand their challenges and speak their language and can manage end-to-end deals using a multi-threaded approach

- Partnership Mastery: With at least 3 years of experience in co-selling with partners, you know how to leverage collaborations to amplify sales success

What the job involves
- Spryker is expanding our Enterprise Sales Team in the DACH region! We want to join forces with a BIG-thinking Global Account Executive who will target growth in the enterprise sector and be a key player in Spryker’s e-commerce revolution
- We seek a sales hunter with an entrepreneurial-driven, commercial mindset and experience in the DACH market to be an Account Executive and build on our extensive list of enterprise accounts
- You will be in the driver's seat, driving new accounts into our enterprise customer base in a specific industry vertical, and steering Spryker towards its global expansion targets while reporting to and collaborating closely with Florian Speckbacher, our Global VP of Sales
- You will lead our growth into enterprise sectors in DACH focusing on our core markets (CPG, Industrial goods and Automotive) developing our business and taking ownership of customer acquisition and business expansion
- You will lead and implement a collaborative planning process to develop a go-to-market strategy, encompassing key internal and external stakeholders
- You will manage various prospecting channels to target and gain the interest of targeted top-tier accounts
- Being Spryker’s ambassador, you will spend time in the field helping drive lead generation and revenue
- You will implement full sales cycle processes from the first point of contact, opportunity development, pipeline management, and customer growth
- Work alongside key internal and external stakeholders like solution partners, enabling services, product development, customer success, sales, solution engineering, value engineering, and marketing
- Your expertise and consultation on industry news, technologies, trends, and opportunities, piloting and implementing emerging technologies for e-commerce will be shared across Spyker

In the current era of digital transformation, and with the rapidly shifting landscape, the need for larger businesses to stay ahead of competitive and well-funded startups is increasingly crucial. Spryker is a modular cloud platform-as-a-service helping companies build experiences for the marketplace, B2B, and B2C commerce. The aim is to help larger businesses benefit from the same flexibility and rapid-testing capabilities that smaller, more agile companies can take advantage of.
Spryker offers upwards of 900 API-based modules to help larger businesses keep up with their smaller counterparts. The market demand for its services is on the rise, enabling the company to secure a good roster of top clientele such as ALDI and Toyota. That said, the profiles of Spryker competitors such as German Commercetools and US-based Shogun have also significantly increased.
Despite this competition, Spryker has expanded into the US market, adding new capabilities like the "Composable Value Services" tools and integrating Stripe into its platform to enhance financial processes. Along with appointing a new Global Chief Revenue Officer. These strategic moves align with this goal to capture a significant share of the global eCommerce software market.
