IT Manager, Glia

• Located & willing to work in EST (Eastern Time Zone)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or leadership roles
• Experience working with and leading a global team (Europe and North America) is preferred
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security best practices, and compliance requirements
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing and mentoring technical teams
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• As a Manager, IT (Manager, Internal Client Engineering) at Glia, you will play a crucial role in leading and scaling our Internal Client Engineering team
• You will be responsible for overseeing the team that ensures the smooth onboarding of new Glianeers, provides technical support, and maintains the company's IT infrastructure
• This role involves working closely with both internal stakeholders and your team to drive efficiency, security, and user satisfaction
• Lead and mentor a global team of Internal Client Engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with Glia's overall business objectives
• Manage and optimize the global team's processes, tools, and technologies
• Work closely with Security and Compliance teams to define and achieve quarterly Objectives and Key Results
• Oversee the management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and cloud-based services
• Ensure the team maintains high standards of customer service and technical support for all Glianeers
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve IT operations
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT services and equipment
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance
