Senior Software Engineer, ServiceNow

• Strong analytical and design skills
• Experience mentoring engineers and supporting production systems
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry

• The Security Center team’s mission is focused on providing customers awareness about how secure their ServiceNow product is, as well as insights and tools to take action and remediate holes in their security
• We do this by building visualizations that aggregate data sources and show history and trends. We rely on various ServiceNow platform features to listen on, monitor and ingest this data
• Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
• Work with the product owners and designers to understand requirements and refine scope of work
• Own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery
• Collaborate with your fellow developers, and on other teams, and quality engineering peers
• Contribute to both new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
• Shape intuitive user experiences and customer journeys across our product suite
• Troubleshoot customer environments and debug code
• Explore and integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities into our products
• Mentor peers and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and engineering excellence
