Witco strives to make offices a better place for all employees, by providing a frictionless employee experience. With the great return to the office, Witco is on a mission to make the employee experience better and help employees enjoy the space around them.
For many commercial property owners, managing building services can be costly and labour-intensive. Witco, formerly MonBuilding, solves this problem by providing building managers and owners with an all-in-one management app.
With Witco, building managers have access to a range of services, including meeting room reservations, identity verification and parking management. More recently, the app has been adapted to help facilitate the return of workers to offices. Despite some competition in the proptech market, such as fellow French company Matera, Witco has managed to differentiate itself by focusing on the commercial property space.
Having raised considerable funding in 2021, Witco has successfully launched in the UK and is making in-roads in other lucrative markets such as Germany. This sort of targeted expansion into key commercial cities will allow the company to scale at an impressive pace.
