Have contributed to technical analysis & design, evaluating trade-offs, and incorporated best practices
Have solved challenging software problems through data-driven, iterative software development
Built distributed and event-based products and applications and understood their challenges and rewards
Built and run scalable resilient cloud-native data pipelines and microservices in production
Solid programming skills in Python / Node.js
Solid experience with MongoDB, Redis
You value the importance of defining data contracts and have experience writing specifications including REST APIs
An established background working in fast-paced agile environments and comfortable iterating quickly
Strong understanding and production experience of microservice architecture
Strong understanding and production experience working with Kafka (or similar solutions)
Strong understanding and production experience working with Docker container environments

Experience with Terraform to deploy our own infrastructure

What the job involves

Our iGaming Platform team tech stack is based on Python (Flask/Ariadne) and RESTful web services
We typically build and deploy applications as microservices in cloud-native environments (AWS) and integrate with scalable technologies such as Kafka in Docker-based container environments
Our developers work in an agile process to efficiently deliver high-value applications and product packages

Our take

In an industry dominated by traditional recruiting agencies, Workfully looks to stand out by supplying a decentralized recruitment and upskilling marketplace. The idea is to enable recruiters to act as their own agency, tailoring the recruitment process so that they can attract, hire, train and coach the talent they specifically need.

Workfully provides two products, "Hiring" and "HireSkilling". The Hiring service depends upon the company's network of Talent Partners, and can be deployed in-house or externally, or clients can opt for the "Executive" version designed to help bolster their C-suite. HireSkilling, meanwhile, allows users to seamlessly hire and upskill talent in one program, essentially creating the talent they need and may have been struggling to source.

Having secured a promising seed round in 2023, Workfully is looking to both expand its team and grow its product offering. With the recruiting service industry worth around $700 billion, and ripe for innovation, there is certainly an opportunity for the company to find success.
