• Iru is searching for an enthusiastic and proactive Workplace Coordinator to support our in-person and remote teams
• Based in our beautiful Eldon House office in the City of London, this role is at the heart of keeping our daily operations running smoothly while fostering a positive and productive work environment

• You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our office is an inspiring place to work while supporting company-wide initiatives and logistics
• Maintaining the day-to-day operations of our London office, including managing mail, keeping the kitchen and office areas organized, and ensuring supplies are stocked
• Partnering with our Workplace and Leadership Teams to support ad-hoc tasks, events, and company-wide initiatives
• Building relationships with vendors (e.g., janitorial services, maintenance, and property management) and ensuring service standards are met
• Coordinating logistics for regular in-office events, making them seamless and enjoyable for all
