- You are a confident relationship builder with a strong understanding of Public Sector environments

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and opportunities

What the job involves
- As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships across Grayce’s Local Government and wider Public Sector clients
- You will work with Local Authorities, Police Forces, Blue Light organisations and other public sector bodies to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships and support the growth of Grayce services. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective delivery, strong client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth
- This is a strategic, outward facing role that blends business development, client engagement and internal collaboration to support continued expansion within the Public Sector
- Identify and pursue opportunities for Grayce services across Local Government and wider public sector clients
- Maintain a strong understanding of sector priorities including digital transformation, workforce reform and data driven modernisation
- Support the creation and delivery of market growth strategies across the Local Government landscape
- Identify opportunities through frameworks, procurement routes and partner networks
- Contribute to proposals, commercial opportunities and sector led initiatives
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across Local Authorities, Police Forces and Blue Light organisations
- Act as a key point of contact and maintain proactive, regular engagement
- Understand client challenges and priorities, aligning Grayce services to support their objectives
- Translate workforce and delivery requirements into effective resourcing solutions
- Support growth and development of existing client accounts
- Build relationships with technology vendors, consultancies and delivery partners
- Work with partners to identify new opportunities within Local Government
- Represent Grayce at sector events, conferences and networking forums
- Maintain awareness of policy changes, funding developments and sector priorities
- Work closely with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Operations and Marketing to support delivery and account growth
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure opportunities are managed effectively
- Support internal planning for demand generation and resource needs
- Contribute to cross functional collaboration and operational alignment
