• As a Performance Marketing Senior Manager, you will have a tangible impact on Fastly's growth by driving strategy and execution of our cross-channel ABM efforts
• In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, cross-channel digital strategies that drive pipeline influence across all of Fastly’s priority growth initiatives
• You'll leverage your expertise in a breadth of digital tactics including paid media, organic channels, and ABM platforms to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target accounts and accelerate our sales cycle
• You will act as the strategic connector, bridging the gap between channel-specific tactics and a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy, ensuring all digital efforts align with our overarching business objectives
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders across campaigns, content, product marketing, marketing operations, field, sales and GTM teams to ensure alignment with Fastly's overarching marketing and business goals
• ABM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic, multi-channel ABM campaigns using 6sense, driving pipeline growth through targeted account engagement and segmentation
• Cross-Channel Optimization: Oversee and optimize cross-channel performance marketing, including paid social, programmatic display, and search engine marketing, integrating paid, organic, and other digital strategies to maximize demand generation and conversion
• Data-Driven Optimization: Employ advanced analytics to meticulously analyze campaign performance, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights
• Digital Analytics: Work with our Marketing Ops business partners to develop and refine reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and others to align strategies and ensure seamless execution across all digital channels
• Budget & ROI Management: Manage budget allocations and provide data-backed recommendations to maximize ROI and achieve marketing influenced pipeline goals
• Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations, identifying and recommending new opportunities to enhance ABM and overall campaign effectiveness
• Experiment & Adjust: Foster a culture of experimentation, designing and executing A/B tests and other data-driven experiments to continuously improve campaign performance
• This position will require you to be available during core business hours working on West Coast time zone, with flexibility to meet with Global colleagues across Central, East Coast, as well as Europe and Asia Pacific
