Social Media Coordinator, Instacart

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years managing multiple social media platforms
• 1+ years with content curation and scheduling tools
• Proven track record of growing engaged audiences across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube and emerging platforms
• Expertise in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, etc.)
• Ability to curate Instagram Stories, edit reels and Tiktoks in real-time
• Knowledge of social media scheduling software
• We're looking for an organized, plugged-in Social Media Coordinator who lives and breathes internet culture
• You’re adaptable and know how to spot trends before they hit your FYP, interpret data into creative insights and pivot fast when the algorithm changes

• Our mission is to bring the Instacart brand to life through impactful brand experiences and campaigns that drive engagement, acquisition, and a deeper understanding of our unique value proposition
• Monitor trends, social media performance metrics, track follower growth and demographics, and identify high-performing content to repurpose
• Use this data to measure engagement and understand the audience better
• Curate and post engaging content on multiple social platforms and keep abreast of platform updates to adapt strategies
• Utilize analytics tools to maximize content reach and engagement effectively on each platform
• Schedule daily social media posts on various platforms and collaborate with the content creation team to plan and prioritize content
• Keep the content calendar updated with adjustments to ensure relevance with trending topics and current events
• Brainstorm and collaborate social-first ideas that keep Instacart at the forefront of culture
