What the job involves
- Reporting To: Lead Executive Assistant
- We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support the EA and Executive team
- This is a dynamic and high-trust role that serves as a critical enabler of focus, alignment, and execution at the most senior levels of the company
- In this varied role, you’ll:
- Calendar Mastery: Own and manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring schedules strictly align with business priorities
- Strategic Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated executives, managing communication across internal and external stakeholders with professionalism
- Meeting Coordination: Lead the preparation for key leadership sessions and offsites -handling agendas, logistics, and essential follow-ups
- Internal Liaison: Support communication flow between execs and the broader organisation to drive clarity and execution
- Logistics Management: Oversee travel, expenses, and administrative workflows to enable seamless daily operations
- Brand Ambassador: Build trusted relationships across the business, acting as a respected representative of the executives you support
- Events coordination: Client meetings, Town Halls and Village Halls
