What the job involves

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator Intern to support our Marketing team. This role will partner closely with our Marketing Project Coordinator to help drive operational excellence, ensure project readiness, and maintain visibility across a high volume of marketing initiatives
Support the intake and review of marketing requests, ensuring all required information is complete and aligned with project requirements
Assist in building and managing projects in Asana, including task creation, timelines, and stakeholder assignments
Coordinate and schedule project kickoff meetings and key milestones across cross-functional teams
Help manage and track team workloads to ensure balanced resourcing and timely delivery
Monitor project progress and proactively flag potential risks, dependencies, or timeline impacts
Provide administrative and operational support, including documentation, status updates, and meeting coordination
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Project Coordinator to support efficient project execution and continuous process improvement
